RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied. Due to the custom and bulky nature of our products, please read our returns policy carefully.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

As an Australian business, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect selection. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email/contact page]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the fault.
We will assess the issue and may offer:
• A replacement product,
• A partial refund, or
• A full refund, depending on the situation.
In most cases, we will request that the original item be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law. We do not cover the cost of return freight for change of mind or warranty claims unless the product is confirmed as faulty.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for any returns. We are not liable for returned items lost in transit.
